Color List Manager

Learn how to manage colors used in the current chart.

Use this tool to manage used and selected colors. selected-colors-manager

  1. Change sort order
  2. A popup menu for processing the list (see below)
  3. Select All Items checkbox
  4. The list of colors currently used to draw the chart
  5. Current symbol for the color. Click it to change the symbol.
  6. Current color of the item. Click it to change the color. All cells with this color are changed to the new color.
  7. Current color palette name and its code. Click it to change it.
  8. Color item action menu button (See below)

You can drag and drop items to reorder them.

Process the list menu

  1. Reduce: Combine similar colors to reduce the total number of colors. This is useful after converting a picture when you want to reduce the number of colors.
  2. Select items and combine them.
  3. Delete color items that are not used in the chart
  4. Reset the sequence numbers (#) so they are normalized from 1 to n.
  5. Assign color codes from your selected palette. A palette selector is shown. All colors are compared to the selected palette, and new color codes are assigned.
  6. Fix redundant color entries and merge them.

  1. Select the color on the chart. All the cells with that color are selected.
  2. Add a memo to the item.
  3. Duplicate the color item. The duplicate gets a new sequence code and a new symbol with the same color.
  4. Delete the color item
