Layers

1. Delete the selected layer
2. Lock the layer. If locked, you can’t draw on it.
3. Rename the layer
4. Add a layer. A new layer is added above the current layer.
5. Add a folder.

Layer items in the list can be dragged and dropped to reorder them.
